James Selig is a native and life-long resident of the Houston/Galveston area maintains homes in both Houston and Galveston, and serves both markets as well as the suburban areas in between. A former banker with commercial banking, professional and executive banking, retail banking, marketing, financial, and operational experience, Selig received his BBA in finance with a concentration in real estate. Selig’s commitment to life-long learning is evidenced by the real estate designations and certifications that he has earned.

Honors in real estate include being featured in the January/February 2010 issue of the Residential Specialist and being named a Five Star Realtor in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015 as featured in Texas Monthly Magazine.

Selig serves on the Agent Leadership Council of his Keller Williams Realty office where he chairs the finance committee and serves on the education and luxury homes committees.

Selig has been very involved in the community through various city planning committees, historic preservation, and numerous other boards and committees.
