Since entering the real estate industry in 2014, Bincy has served hundreds of families and thousands of community members through her individual representation and public classes and videos. In 2019, Bincy was selected as one of Houston’s “Top 20 Under 40 Rising Star Realtor” based on production, leadership, and community service and serves on multiple real estate professional committees at the local and state level. Bincy is a highly effective communicator and real estate advocate who ensures a seamless process from step one through closing and beyond. Through her professionalism, character, and demonstrated commitment to community, she has consistently been a top-performing Realtor since her very first year in business.

Prior to entering real estate, Bincy spent 16+ years as a leader at the highest level of multiple non-profit organizations.  She currently serves on multiple national and local Boards of Director, with a special focus on women’s, labor and new immigrant issues. Her greatest joy is her family, including her four children.

Bincy speaks multiple languages and her professional designations include Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), and New Home Construction Buyer’s Specialist. She obtained her Texas Real Estate Broker’s License (based on experience, production and knowledge) in 2021 and her National Mortgage Loan Originator License in 2015.
